1. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that your startup is lawfully formed and in good standing.

You are the rightful owner or have the authority to submit the application materials on behalf of your startup.

2. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all intellectual property (IP) brought into the program.

10k2startup.com will not claim any ownership of your startup's IP.

You grant 10k2startup.com a limited, non-exclusive license to use your business name and logo for promotional purposes related to the incubator program.

3. Confidentiality

10k2startup.com will treat your confidential information, including business plans and financials, with care. We will not share such information without your prior consent, except:

With mentors, advisors, and potential investors directly involved in the program.

If required by law or legal process.

You understand that certain information may be shared in group settings within the incubator and agree to maintain the confidentiality of other participants' information.

4. Program Participation

If accepted, you agree to actively participate in [outline program components - e.g., workshops, mentorship, networking events].

You agree to provide regular updates on your progress as requested by 10k2startup.com.

10k2startup.com reserves the right to terminate your participation for reasons including, but not limited to, lack of progress, disruptive behavior, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Investment/Equity (if applicable)

Upon acceptance, you agree to negotiate in good faith with 10k2startup.com regarding potential investment, including equity terms.

Details of the investment mechanism, potential equity stake, and valuation will be determined through mutual agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

10k2startup.com makes no guarantees about the success of your startup. Participation does not imply endorsement or a guarantee of funding.

You agree that 10k2startup.com is not liable for any losses, damages, business interruption or loss of profits arising from your participation in the program.

7.  Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they will be subject to a legal process in the Republic of Ghana.

8. Modifications

10k2startup.com may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. You'll be notified of changes, and your continued participation signifies acceptance.
